KALE Telegram Groups
We operate a number of Telegram Groups to enable leaders to quickly and easily connect with each other, share resources, ask questions, provide advice etc.
Currently there are groups for:
- All Headteachers
- Secondary Headteachers
- Deputy Headteachers
- School Business Managers
- ‘Talking Menopause’ Group

Phone a Friend Day
Scheduled to align with the national Time to Talk day, KALE encourages colleagues to pick up the phone and call a colleague on this day. The next National Time to Talk day is 4th February 2027.
