KALE operates a small number of Community of Practice groups to enable leaders with shared areas of responsibility and interest to come together to share practice, provide mutual support, tackle shared challenges and collaborate on emerging issues.
Each Community of Practice group is chaired by a leader and membership is open to any interested colleagues.
